Bird and Marine Wildlife Watching

SAN ISIDRO LIGHTHOUSE
A contemplative navigation and photography tour through the Strait of Magellan around the Cape San Isidro area and its surrounding bays. Kelp forests, aquatic birds, sea lions, and southern dolphins are some of the highlights you can observe, all set against a unique landscape of mountains and native forests. We will also do a mini trek to explore these sub-Antarctic zones, experiencing their pristine flora and fauna up close.
 
[ITINERARY]
07:00 Pickup from your accommodation and transfer to Bahía Voces, located 63.5 km from Punta Arenas.
08:00 Departure heading to the San Isidro Lighthouse area and nearby bays to observe marine wildlife and aquatic birds.
09:00 Arrival to the area to begin a mini trek between El Águila Bay and the Lighthouse (or vice versa, depending on weather conditions).
10:15 Snack on the beach, followed by boarding for the return trip.
11:30 Arrival at Bahía Voces for transfer back to Punta Arenas.
12:30 Arrival in Punta Arenas
